The recent decision to uphold an appeal for 32 houses on Hawarden Road resulted in there being no contributions to primary or secondary education, therefore we see no reason now why this development cannot go ahead without contributions. We would like to propose an agreement amount with the developer for the improvement of the adjacent play area.
We have asked Flintshire County Council to comment but received no response.
